Privacy Policy

What Austin Bachelor Parties collects, why, who sees it, and how to have it deleted. Written to describe what this website actually does, not to cover every hypothetical.

Last updated: August 24, 2026. This policy covers austinbachelorparties.com, operated by TFOREV LLC, 9901 Brodie Ln Ste 160, Austin, TX 78748.

The short version

What we collect, and when

1. The weekend builder

When you ask us to email you an itinerary, we collect your name, email address, the group size you entered, and the list of activities you selected. We use that to send you the itinerary and to know what your crew is interested in if you write back. The builder does not ask for a phone number and does not collect one.

2. The planning inquiry form

When you fill in the "Tell us about your group" form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, event date, group size, budget range, the vibe and activity-level answers you pick, whether you need transport, and any notes you write. Because that form asks for a phone number, expect that we may reply by phone, text, or email about your trip. We contact you about your own inquiry; we do not add you to unrelated marketing.

3. Analytics and advertising

The home page loads a Google tag (account AW-18207465975) so we can see how many people reach the site and start the builder. It sets cookies from google.com and googletagmanager.com. Our guide pages do not load it at all. You can block it with any standard ad or tracking blocker, or through Google's own Ads Settings, and the site works exactly the same.

4. Server logs

Our host (Hostinger) and our network provider (Cloudflare) keep standard request logs, including IP address, user agent, and the URL requested. These exist for security and uptime, not for marketing, and we do not build profiles from them.

That is the complete list. We do not sell personal information, and we have never sold personal information.

Booking links and affiliate disclosure

Some of the "Book" links in the builder and on our guides are affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission if you book through them. There is no markup on your price. You reserve directly with the operator at their standard rate. When you click through, you leave this site and the operator's own privacy policy applies to whatever you enter there. We never see your payment details, because you never give them to us.

How long we keep it

Inquiry and itinerary records stay in our customer records so we can pick up a conversation where it left off, sometimes across more than one trip. If you ask us to delete yours, we delete it rather than archiving it.

Your choices

Texas residents, and residents of states with comparable privacy laws, have the right to know what we hold, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted. The same email address handles all of those requests, and we do not charge for them or treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site plans adult group trips and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted a form, email us and we will remove it.

Security, honestly stated

Submissions travel over HTTPS and land in access-controlled systems. No website can promise perfect security, and we are not going to pretend otherwise. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or government ID numbers through our forms. We never ask for them, and we have no reason to hold them.

Changes

If this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes to what we collect or who receives it will be described here rather than quietly reworded.

Nothing here stops you planning

The weekend builder is free, needs no account, and only asks for an email when you want the itinerary sent to you.
